The Role:
Community-Based Domiciliary Care Worker
As a Domiciliary Care Worker with Flexecare, you will be the reason our clients can live independently and comfortably in their own homes. Your visits will cover a range of support tailored to individual needs, ensuring dignity, respect, and well-being are always the priority.
Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities Will Include:
Personal Care: Assisting clients with washing, dressing, and grooming.
Medication Support: Prompting or assisting with medication administration (following full training).
Meal Preparation: Preparing nutritious meals and assisting with feeding if required.
Domestic Support: Assisting with light household tasks, laundry, and maintaining a clean living environment.
Companionship: Providing emotional support, engaging in conversation, and promoting social well-being.
Mobility Assistance: Supporting safe moving and handling within the home.

Essential: A valid UK Driving Licence and access to your own reliable vehicle is necessary for this community-based role.
