The Role: Healthcare Assistant (HCA)
As an HCA, you will provide crucial, hands-on support, making a direct and positive difference in the daily lives of those we support. You’ll be working to a person-centered care plan, ensuring dignity and independence are maintained at all times.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist clients with personal care needs, including washing, dressing, and mobility.
Support with medication prompting and monitoring of basic health indicators.
Help with meal preparation and feeding assistance to ensure proper nutrition.
Provide essential companionship and emotional support.
Assist with light domestic duties to maintain a comfortable environment.
Accurately record and report on client conditions and activities to the senior team.
What We Look for in You:
