Your Clinical Responsibilities Will Include:
Conducting comprehensive patient assessments and developing holistic, evidence-based care plans.

Providing clinical leadership and delegating tasks appropriately to the care team.
Monitoring, managing, and documenting patient vital signs, symptoms, and clinical progress.
Liaising effectively with multidisciplinary teams (MDTs), families, and external healthcare professionals.
Upholding rigorous clinical governance, CQC/regulatory standards, and best practice guidelines.
What You’ll Need to Bring:
Current NMC Registration (for RN positions) with no restrictions on practice.
Proven experience in a relevant care setting (e.g., complex care, acute care, elderly care, mental health).
Exceptional clinical decision-making, problem-solving, and communication skills.
