For the past 10 years, I have worked with Flexecare, following early retirement from a long and rewarding career in nursing. Since 2017, I have been working remotely, continuing to contribute to the care sector in a different capacity.
Before joining Flexecare, I spent 37 years as a Registered Nurse, holding several Ward Sister posts in major London hospitals. For the final two decades of my nursing career, I specialised in the commissioning and management of care homes within both the private and corporate sectors.
This experience has given me a deep understanding of care provision, leadership, and the importance of supporting both residents and staff with compassion and professionalism.
